My talk this morning will not be a straight talk. In other words, we are going to interrupt the talk to give you demonstrations.

What we're going to give you is the very first demonstration in open temple of special occult chants that have never before been given anywhere on this planet. And it's been my responsibility to help prepare the group who were guided and have been taught by me both in inner and outer teaching. Now in Occult Chants we have a situation that is quite extraordinary.

We stimulate and enlarge the power of the individual But if this individual has very serious, everybody has some holes in personality, otherwise where would the need for growth and aspiration go? We're not speaking about the usual aspects that all of us work towards overcoming when we are truly sincere aspirants. What we are talking about is the self delusion that occurs with so many of us and with a few far more often than most the self delusions which must use various occult methods or trainings in order to make themselves feel so much better or greater or more spiritual that the very ability to utilize the powers makes their criticisms more powerful for destruction without their consciously realizing what they're doing quite often in fact most of the time and that is why the various occult techniques that have to do with extra concentrated power have been kept secret as I said not because anyone wants to keep secret that which is good but only because that which has power can be used intelligently and with discrimination only by those who have achieved an ability to look into their own hearts, their own souls, their own frustrations, their own needs, their own dreams, and be able to evaluate them. That's the reason for the tarot. And we have special powers that are developed in and through the Western mystery mantra, which is really a cult chant in order to awaken these centers within ourselves but you see awakening the centers does not mean we become spiritual this is why so many things have become secret and have had to be what it means is that you develop more power for good or evil depending depending on your capacity to be, feel, do.

And though the spiritual leaders work continuously to attempt choosing in ever greater discriminatory manner those who are ready for the various powers, the truth of the matter is even those who appear to be ready can be fine and very spiritually oriented, but not be able to take a certain degree of stimulation because the stimulation of power stimulates all of the personality, not just part of it.

It stimulates all of the being, not just part of it. And anything that stimulates everything everything deepens capacity, yes, but it deepens the capacity for all the capacity. And you have to have developed, then, a certain ability to be objective with yourself, not have conquered it if you were perfect, if any of us were perfect, in being able to hold nothing but, say, constructive thoughts. And that may have different meanings to many of us or nothing but constructive emotions which has different meanings to many of us we wouldn't need physical incarnations in which we work out karma in order to overcome these ignorant and immature levels and we would therefore incarnate physically only as we chose because we have a certain ability that we choose to give but we would not be subject to the frustrations and agonies of personal desires personal fulfillments of of all kinds from the spiritual right on down to the so-called most material.

So none of us are perfect in the personality area, nor should we expect to be. If we think we are, then we have an awful lot of pain to go through. And, you know, when our feelings are hurt because other people say to us, oh if only so-and-so would overcome this trait or that trait or the other trait here is the point that we have to make to understand the occult powers and then we'll be able to help you to react to these demonstrations in the manner that I'm trying to project to you through my voice voice which you'll understand better in a little while the power of the word the power of the word is something so much more than most people realize the power of the word is not necessarily for good it can be used for evil it is the evolutionary evolutionary level of the person using it and the spiritual level of growth that the person has which gives the influence so that when we come and listen to a talk Yes, we receive certain new ideas But we're not coming for the new ideas. We're not here to be centered in our intellectual levels though we respect our intellectual levels and anything that isn't in accordance with reasonableness and true discriminatory reason should certainly be held suspect and not be accepted now then the power of the word is really a vibratory level of communication that is the nth degree or the final degree of of expression taking place in the garden of the divine, because the physical universe is the garden of God.

The physical universe is the flowering of the divine image.

The physical universe is the gross aspect, which we call evolution of centers of deity.

And therefore, a true occultist looks upon the physical universe and manifestations within the physical universe as evidences of the kind of seeds that have been planted. Now, if you plant the seed of alfalfa, you're going to get alfalfa. And if you plant the seed of any rose or the at least the root sometimes the root the root and the seed having the same meaning in occultism whatever it is you plant in the ground like grows from like always and so whatever you plant that's what you get as jesus mentioned in the Bible, in the New Testament. You do not plant wheat and get thistles, nor if you plant thistles will you get wheat. He used another analogy, but this is the idea. This is the real meaning, reaping what you sow. But the point we're trying to make for the occult vibratory powers in the chant has to do with the correlation between vibration that comes from sound and that sound includes my voice and yours what you say about yourself about me and about each other as well as entering into songs of praise about the lord of the universe is there so much difference the word is made god actually the word is the action of god and your word is the action of your degree of awakening and our work is always aimed at helping this degree to become larger by utilizing the power of the word in the manner it is intended and has been intended now it isn't as much what I say though I certainly have to be intelligent enough not to insult your intelligence but it is the bridge of what I know my level of awareness as a spiritual teacher which goes on the vibrations to you and to the degree that you have the capacity to receive it.

To that degree, do you feel something special and you're uplifted? And most of you respond this way, I know, because I'm so aware of these levels, I receive the back and forth flows that occur. And these back and forth flows are not separate from the sound of my voice, which comes from what I know in my mind and what I experience in the depth of my soul and several of you have been shaking your heads because you've experienced these things and many of you have experienced it but aren't shaking your heads at the moment in other words speech has to point to a principle. A principle is never new, never new, but it is always new to us as we see it in ever new points of view in different ways. And we see this when we are open to this. This is the power that can make angels out of the same people, provided they have reached a point of insight, of appreciation, of love, out of determination, reached a willingness to be responsible for what they think and feel and what they say.

They. So we have the need to understand that every time any of us open our mouths, we are using an eternal principle of power, the power of the word, which is a bridge of vibrations vibrations reaching to the mind heart soul In everyone who's within the sphere of the sound now then There are more intensified ways of charging the soul with the same power in order to burn these seeds of karma and these These methods actually utilize the power of sound.

They have been called chants.

In the Bible, you heard of the lost word of power.

Well, it isn't word.

These really are words, mistranslated.

And these words and phrases were never lost in the Qabalistic Western mysteries, that in which Jesus was trained. We have kept most of it, but even within the mysteries, only those who achieved the highest grade knew about them.

This is another thing that hasn't been realized.

So people who are neophytes or within one or two lower levels, even sometimes two-thirds of the way up the tree of life of Qabalah, still may not have truly been completely initiated into the power of the word, the lost words, the chant. Now then, I want to introduce you into a sharing of a portion of this occult power of the chant.

And what I will do is combine at this point now what we put on the record with what has been our usual healing service here, which I released uh of back in um about seven years ago I forget you used the arithmetic seven eight years ago uh we're going to combine this because I'm going to change our temple service to include the powers uh all of these various powers and that's why I said we're trying out on you for the first aspect of it and then you're all also going to be trained in it Now, where you feel sure of yourselves, those of you who wish can join in with the various portions. All right?

So, remember, though, and at that point, naturally, you'll take a deep breath and you'll chant that full breath in that area. You otherwise keep breathing deeply as we go along because that's going to heighten the power for all of us in this uh full introduction of the uh aspect of occult healing except that there are details I'll have to teach you to understand all of you as we go along together yeah heya oh thou the one the only listen to my call as I chant thy holy name Divine Father, lift me to thy throne as I chant thy holy name.

Thy love as I chant thy holy name Hold me, Adonai, enfold me in thy light as I chant thy holy name.

Adonai And now, let us give amen to the Lord.

Amen.

Let us attune ourselves to the vibratory formulas of divine creation oh sacred messengers of God all holy ones archangels of the Sun and moon and stars O life of wind and sea, of flame and form, bestow thy grace on me, the magical power to still the stormy sea as I walk in the will of God.

Holy Archangel of the East, clothed in the glory of the dawn, do thy eternal work in me.

Open my eyes that I may see the healing light pour forth from thee.
