The title of my talk is Vibratory Power in Levels of Awareness.

So when we talk about the vibratory forces or the vibratory powers, we have to have more of an understanding of what we mean by vibratory, what we mean by power, and then what it has to do with levels of awareness.

Now, as I have told you, we are trying in every way possible to take the titles and realign them to a group of talks I'm giving in helping to give you more of an understanding into the usage of the powers of the vibratory chant, that which our Eastern brethren call mantra yoga.

Now, all of us here know this intellectually, or we wouldn't be here. But knowing the thing intellectually and knowing it by direct perception and after knowing it by direct perception learning how to use it and utilize it as we must sooner or later and the later it is the harder it is so I figure why it's hard enough already but let's make it sooner The point is that the sooner we understand and realize these things, the sooner we will go to work to use these powers, which we do not have to gain. We have them. We are them. So let's understand each other term in terminology when we come to a few of these phrases like vibratory and please do recall I pointed out to you often that what we see is within a very narrow range of vibrations that go off into infinity on both ends of the scale what we see is just a small spectrum of vibrations and it makes us see in a special way a creature who saw in a different way and the seeing is what But vibrations hit the retina of the eye.

The nerves carry the impulses back through the brain. I mean, there are details. I'm not a doctor or a physiologist. But this is the principle.

The impulse is carried into the brain. The brain registers what? A group of vibrations. And builds an image. This is the interpretation.

So that consciousness makes the picture.

Consciousness makes the picture.

And the vibrations are what cause consciousness to make the picture. But we could all be making a different picture from the same group of vibrations depending on our state of attitude. Because the fact that you and I can share a vibration that brings us an image whatever way we interpret the image that our consciousness builds up the fact that we share this shows that it is real the unreality is only in the ignorant interpretation of that vibratory formula or level and in the same way we do have to realize that we have levels of vibratory impact and therefore levels of interpretation and the interpretation makes a thing ugly or beautiful true or false depending on how we look at it in other words the thing is not ugly because we say so so. It's because we said so that it is ugly, which does not mean that we close our eyes and say, well, this vibration is mixed. You know, you do get static, don't you, in your radio, your TV. And we have to be able to register that and understand it and say, well, we've got a bunch of static here so we better put it aside you know and wait for it to clear itself up when whatever conditions are playing will clear it away but an occultist learns how to clear the static away without waiting for nature to do it and sooner or later we have to learn how because this is what is part of being human sons and daughters of God and the point is we have the vibratory powers just by virtue of being an aspect of consciousness which we can't not be let's remember that just the fact that we have consciousness makes us a center of the vibratory powers of the universe in its totality but our interpretation of these vibrations is in terms of shall we say our spiritual age and this is the thing we can grow ourselves up or or we can can decide to remain our adolescence having tantrums and blaming others for everything and we do have to arrive at a point where we can see that the vibratory powers of the universe are not something separate from ourselves that we are a vibrating spectrum or group of vibrations which we can call, for lack of better words, an electromagnetic pattern, because that's vibration.

And each of us have our own unique electromagnetic patterns, which consist of the ways we have learned to think and to feel and interpret and react to and respond to life people it's all one whole and it's the now and the vibratory power isn't anything that any of us have to gain we have it we interpret all of our experiences through these vibrations when you hear as you've heard me tell you often there are vibrations that register on certain and amazing miracles of god little follicles inside the ear and we have an outer a middle and an inner ear all of which are tied in together to take these vibrations and carry them along and where do they go to the brain which is what is an instrument an organ that the mind the consciousness has built for itself but what is the brain is it a physical something remember what our scientists have discovered this physical body it is a miraculous group of vibratory interrelated formulas inside us in other words whatever we experience as physical is still a vibration Every cell is a vibration.

Every cell consists of atoms, which are vibrations.

The whole universe is a graduated scale of vibrations.

And consciousness is the cause, if you're looking for a cause, of vibration, and is the vibration.

In other words everything that is is inside consciousness and consciousness I related to capital C and capital C consciousness includes you and me now I like being a part of the capital C see consciousness of God, and so do you.

The vibratory aspects are there, pervading all things and all beings, because life and the universe is, from our point of view, a sort of varying degree of vibratory frequency. And so when we register within our consciousness one vibratory frequency we say it is this we register another vibratory frequency and we say it is that there's like if we register a vibratory frequency of a shriek we have an image right now and we'll all have different images for worried about our cat or dog will immediately worry about that if it's a sweet of fear before we're worried about our child it will be that or any beloved in any area instantly an image will rise in our minds but what caused the image of vibratory frequency and yet what is the vibratory frequency consciousness now then consciousness is not and cannot and never can be separated from any aspect of its selfhood and the understanding of the different levels of vibratory frequency really has to do with understanding that everything from what we consider the most material to what we consider the most spiritual isn't something separate one from the other it's a gradation of vibratory frequency therefore say that we experience the ecstasy of because that's what consciousness is the vibratory frequency deals with the masculine expression of deity and the actual ability to have the frequency at all and manifest the expression deals with the feminine aspect of deity and one without the other is impossible there's nothingness each is a part of the experience of the vibratory frequency now in understanding that there is no separation that it is the degree of vibratory frequency in the the same way mind you that if you take water and freeze it into ice it's very solid and it can certainly bruise you can't it yet that same ice due to temperature which is what a change of vibratory frequency becomes water and it hasn't changed its state of essence just its state of expression now water isn't going to bruise you if you jump into it unless you jump you go flat on the top because it flows it has a different vibratory frequency and yet it is no different than ice except in its expression then from that you put it on the fire put it in a pot you know how the steam will start to rise and then you have steam and it is still the same thing except it becomes uh ephemeral and it isn't there it disappears on you you see the steam when it's concentrated together and then that widens and widens and finally you don't see the individual molecules that made up the steam it has ceased to exist but has it because they just gather together again under certain conditions and there we have them all over as the liquid and under other conditions of the ice but what I want you to try to bear in mind is that what you think and what you feel because because thinking and feeling are not separate.

They are one.

Thought has no power without the emotion. Emotion has no power without the concentration and direction of the thought.

It just dissipates itself into nonsense.

And the thing I want you to see, the thing I yearn for you to experience is the realization that your thinking your feeling is the way the universal self god the lord of the universe the life power condenses just like we spoke of ice or water condenses the basic vibratory quality quality into a certain quantity of manifestation and the quantity of manifestation of course happens to be what the physical conditions and physical conditions remember include our relationships one with the other in so many ways what I want all of us to see together is that we are the vibratory power on all the levels we are it in other words there's no God up on cloud 12 that has made a decree that makes us subjects and servants and slaves and shall we say makes us impotent nothing has ever happened to us nothing has ever happened to us that we have not created due to the fact that we are learning how to to handle for the vibratory powers of the universe.

Because we are aspects of the Most High, sons and daughters of God, the life power, the universal self. And we create exactly as deity creates.

But it is not as simple as your elementary metaphysics would think or teach, though the elementary metaphysics is a wonderful way to start you have to start somewhere and elementary metaphysics does help us to realize the power of consciousness but elementary metaphysics narrows it down too much you know you just start thinking of a certain kind of car so you can have it next month or next year materialize it becomes too much of a materialistic type of thing an orientation on a wrong level not that there's anything wrong with a beautiful car or a beautiful home it's a matter of the values and the realization of whom what we are and what takes first place you know that seek ye first the kingdom of heaven there's nothing wrong with having anything that involves this world's goods after all we are children of god and we deserve them but we certainly don't get them when we have a sense of poverty in our hearts in relation to ourselves or others we don't get them because we are creating a lack uh in a way we don't understand In other words, the more we narrow ourselves away from the richness of life, the more lack do we have, even though we might have a million dollars in the bank.

Have you ever known people who are immensely wealthy?

Very rarely do they have that freedom of richness in their spirit.

You know they're afraid they're going to lose it or that other people are out to take it away from them and they are more poverty stricken and people on relief but not every moment but let's say most and this is exactly what they're building for tomorrow poor darling richness is a quality of vibratory power and this vibratory power does bring everything we need in the way of comfort it certainly does provided we see it in its proper place because remember if we build a bridge that is not structurally correct.

It's going to fall and kill many people.

And in the same way, we keep building all sorts of conditions for ourselves with the vibratory powers of our consciousness, which collapse, as they should. It's like children building their sandcastles in order to learn how to handle these infinite powers that we are in, with, for, and through God.

Now then, if you're starting to see that vibratory powers are not separate from consciousness and cannot be, that indeed all of the vibration that we can experience with our senses and or the extension of our senses, which science gives us, if you can see that in totality all of these vibrations are taking place because the universal mind is in a state of activity and that this state of activity of the universal mind of course varies in its frequency what is activity it's a state of motion right then we're from when we get to motion that's what I mean by frequency and when we come down to the idea of frequency I know that you men understand this but most of us girls are a little lacking in perception in these areas because we are more talented in psychological fields just as the universal self that has and doubt us but we want to each learn how to see these points of view and then therefore in order to understand the the principle that is behind frequency we might try to put it in one or two ways that the motion the slower the motion uh the so-called more physical the frequency which doesn't mean unspiritual remember in qabalah we do not permit physical to be correlated with unspiritual in Qabalah we say that the physical or the materialized aspect is the condensed spirit that is condensed according to our vibratory awarenesses so that the physical can or and material incarnation can be thought of as a vibratory rate of consciousness that is concentrating itself within a field of vibrations that we call our senses when we drop our physical bodies some people call it dying others call it being reborn other people call it coming to life after being dead so it depends again on points of view when we drop our physical bodies our consciousness becomes oriented on another frequency that is vibratory frequency and this next vibratory frequency that the consciousness orients itself to feet is not something that is imposed it becomes more aware of its own innate frequencies of what it thinks and feels as a habitual subconscious pattern and that is really the astral body you know and it's a vibratory frequency that's why it said that we just immediately are drawn to our own levels it's because the frequencies just automatically gather together as a universal law the vibratory frequency which is what the way we think and feel and react and respond to everything and And very particularly to ourselves and to living beings and to consciousness, to life, to God. So we have this area. Now there are other vibratory frequencies that go beyond this even.

The awareness and the ability to participate with God, in God, regarding the entire evolutionary plan or pattern which we call the divine will.

Now, experiencing the divine will is really managing to become or gain a vibratory frequency within ourselves because actually what we are doing all the time in our evolution though we take so long at it until something stirs us into intense aspiration what we're trying to do is gain control of the vibratory frequencies because we are an electromagnetic spectrum you might say or feel and to gain control of the frequencies and the only way we do it is up with our thinking and feeling and yet we cannot do it by just thinking and feeling because we have the impact of all the vibratory frequencies of the thinking and feeling going on all around that's why we need to gather together where we can hold a special frequency by those who've been trained to hold it to share with it in order for ourselves to learn how to keep get our consciousness pointed to a special frequency that will release us from certain thinking patterns feeling patterns certain patterns of you know which would include what sorrow anger hatred all of the negative or immature interpretations of life that is why we all need each other when we gather together in aspiration because then we can gather into a frequency and gathering into this frequency together we can manage to change certain habitual patterns and this is how we bring about an increase of our evolution and a control of the powers which we have but a control into the constructive evolutionary levels instead of this continuous nonsense that so many of us go in for and can't help it really because of the patterns that we are immersed in and the impacts of the patterns that are all around us but spiritual aspirants are able if they have enough aspiration to point their minds and hearts into a retraining process where they can get into the kind of vibratory power which we would call laboratory frequency that brings them more and more increase of ability to live with joy and laughter to love with ever greater fullness we have a map for the journey with the practices it is up to you to accept it or not and if you do all I can say is I can promise you an expanded beingness whether you'll be grateful for it or not I don't know some of us say I was happy or ignorant but I can promise you an expanded awareness if you are willing to travel the path the map shows and what you make of it again will be in accordance with your own soul spirit which we eternally try to lift to the love and the light and the brilliance and the unity of what life truly is the caring one for another the really caring in the intelligent sense the unity of God is the unity of life and we are it whether we know it or not let's know it and use it and let's start working with these vibratory powers
